Advanced Python Programming Course: “The feeling that a new world has opened up with limitless possibilities!”
From October 20 to 22, a short-term advanced training course “Programming in Python for the collection and analysis of data” was held at the Higher School of Economics at Perm Higher School of Economics, conducted by Ilya Schurov, Associate Professor, Department of Higher Mathematics, Higher School of Economics.
Research workshop on Sports Economics
On November 3, the first meeting will open, opening the IDLab regular research workshop on sports economics and sports management.
Open lectures for HSE students from IDLab’s international professors
Between 18th and 20th of September IDLab’s international professor Felix Iturriaga, professor Angel Barajas and professor Dennis Coates delivered interesting lectures for students of Higher School of Economics. On the 18th of September, the lecture for masters students was devoted to the subject of corporate finance. «The lecture enabled the students to recall some the basics of the subject as long as get to learn something new». In June 2017, Elena Trapeznikova, an young researcher at the Laboratory, while still a student at HSE-Perm, participated in the I.S.E.O Summer School in Italy and talks about why the Summer School inspired her.

On 23-24th June New Economic School jointly with Kazan Federal University and Higher School of Economics conducted two-day international conference "Economics of Football" in Kazan
