ID Lab: Research in times of lockdown

The first half of 2020 was unusual for everyone in the world. The COVID-19 pandemic led to lockdown, causing an avalanche of changes in our lives. These changes also affected the work of the International laboratory of intangible-driven economy (IDLab).

Cross-regional studies: call for participation in the project

The International Laboratory of Intangible-driven Economy (HSE) under supervision of prof. Dennis Coates and in collaboration with the Center for Institutional Studies (HSE) under supervision by Elena Podkolzina, researcher Irina Mirkina, and Olga Demidova (HSE-Moscow), is announcing the launch of the new project devoted to Cross-regional studies. The project is aimed at expanding research based on Russian data.

Open lectures for HSE students from IDLab’s international professors

Between 18th and 20th of September IDLab’s international professor Felix Iturriaga, professor Angel Barajas and professor Dennis Coates delivered interesting lectures for students of Higher School of Economics. On the 18th of September, the lecture for masters students was devoted to the subject of corporate finance. «The lecture enabled the students to recall some the basics of the subject as long as get to learn something new». The first meeting of IDSchool

12 October was the first day of IDSchool - a new project of IDLab. Under this project, Lab’s members want to show students the essence of researchers’ work, to acquaint them with the scope of the Lab’s research and engage them in the Lab’s projects. IDSchool will allow the students of HSE Perm to work with foreign professors, get professors’ comments and suggestions on their projects, and gain experience of working in the successful research team.
