Mariia Molodchik Presents a Paper at International Forum on Knowledge Asset Dynamics

11-14 June saw an International Forum on Knowledge Asset Dynamics in Matera, Italy (http://www.knowledgeasset.org/IFKAD/). Mariia Molodchik has presented the research results on "Learning and work context as antecedents of innovation behavior: empirical evidence from Russian companies". The research was conducted in a joint project with the Perm National Research Polytechnic University. More than 200 participants have attended the Conference. Researchers from 18 countries have presented new ideas on effective knowledge asset employment.
