The paper investigates the channels through which knowledge culture induces company innovation performance. The model proposed in the study supposes that organizational values towards knowledge have simultaneous influence on employee initiative, organizational learning and innovation performance. Using the database of Russian manufacturing companies and PLS technique the study confirms empirically that employee initiative behavior and organizational learning mediate the impact of knowledge culture on innovation performance.
