Anna Bykova participated in the XI International Forum on Knowledge Assets Dynamics “Towards a new architecture of Knowledge: Big Data, Culture & Creativity”

In the XI International Forum on Knowledge Assets Dynamics “Towards a new architecture of Knowledge: Big Data, Culture & Creativity” which was held in Dresden (Germany), Anna Bykova has presented the study “Investigation of the corporate performance gap between foreign- and domestic-owned firms: the evidence from Russian companies” which was done in co-authorship with Carlos Jardon. 

The regression results from quantile approach conducted that considering the foreign ownership structure is highly relevant to an understanding of relation between recession period and corporate performance in Russia. Therefore, the foreign direct investments could be considered as the mechanism of smoothing the effect of economic crisis for Russian public companies. The research project is supported by Russian Science Foundation, grant № 15-18-20039.
