IDLab staff took part in a collaborative event organised by HSE University and Sber (R&D Day)

Petr Parshakov and Sofia Paklina attended the R&D day and came up with the idea of diagnosing emotional burnout.

Within the R&D-day (Research and Development) event dedicated to the cooperation between the HSE University and Sber in the field of AI technology development, the idea of automated diagnostics of emotional burnout syndrome of employees based on the analysis of work communications using language models was presented by IDLab staff.

In addition, at the last event, the laboratory team was awarded with a commemorative gift for the successful implementation of an applied project on the development of a system for alerts automatic classification.

Sberbank emphasised the IDLab team's ability to successfully solve complex tasks that other performers refused to do.
