There are many papers supporting the classical incentive theory: the higher the reward, the greater the likelihood of successful task completion. But high rewards can cause pressure ("Choking Under Pressure") and lead to the opposite result. The report presented at the IDLab workshop discusses ways of modeling "Choking Under Pressure" within the framework of tournament theory.
