Leading Research Fellow of International Laboratory of Intangible-driven Economy Galina Shirokova is the head of grant 19-18- 00081 "From Start-Up to Global Innovative Company: Development of Sources of Competitive Advantage in Russian Enterpreneurial Firms", implemented with the support of the Russian Science Foundation (RSF).
Emilia Karpinskaya presented the work “Founder Role Identity and Speed of Start-Up Creation Process”.
Polina Artamoshina presented the research “How much of CEO’s psychological traits drive the business model innovation in SMEs?”, conducted jointly with Galina Shirokova and Oleksiy Osiyevskyy.
