Nick Zubanov presented preliminary results of the research "Measuring the economic costs of employee turnover: A structural approach"

IDLab researchers at the Higher School of Economics - St. Petersburg - Niсk Zubanov (professor at the University of Konstanz), Elena Shakina and Sofia Paklina are conducting a study to assess the economic costs of firms from staff turnover. The theoretical model proposed by scientists takes into account the nonlinearity of the relationship between value added and employee turnover and allows you to accurately assess the economic costs of a company due to employee turnover. The model was tested on the example of two firms.
