Dennis presented the results of the joint paper with other ID Lab membes Petr Parshakov and Anna Bykova. The research entitled “Does wage dispersion in a team influence personal outcomes? The evidence of MLS”
This is one of the first studies which analyzes whether the sports results of individual players are related not only with internal (or personal) characteristics, but also with the characteristics of the environment (or team).
