Does experience matter: team’s salary distribution, coach experience and team performance: Evidence from MLS

The lecture was dedicated to the relationship between team performance and coach experience. The research was based on the MLS data during the period of 8 years between 2005 and 2013.

All in all, the outcome of the research is that the coach experience is statistically significant and positive. By the way, it's much more beneficial for a team if a coach was a professional player in the past.

The lectures will continue soon. Stay tuned!
