Mariia Molodchik has presented the paper "The impact of intellectual resources on the competitiveness of Russian companies" during the 3rd international conference "Management science in contemporary world" (1-2 December, Moscow). The findings reveal the key role of human resources for competitiveness of Russian companies. The author uses database of more than 500 Russian manufacturing companies over the period 2004-2013.This study comprises research findings from the project №15-18-20039 supported by the Russian Science Foundation.
