Iuliia Naidenova presented results of the research «The impact of R&D expenditures of pharmaceutical companies on share prices: Event study»

Today, as part of the international scientific workshops of ID Lab, Iuliia Naidenova has presented results of the current research. The study is focused on the impact of pharmaceutical companies’ announcements on stock returns. Event study methodology allows to investigate deeper the impact of news on share prices of the company as it regards news about individual research and development projects.

HSE students Elena Dyachkova and Vitaly Grishin take part in this research.

The seminar was attended by members of ID Lab, including foreign professor Angel Barajas, and students.
