The workshop of Dmitrii Pischalnikov

On October 21, 2014 Dmitrii Pischalnikov conducted the workshop for bachelor students of the economic faculty. Dmitrii is the chairman of the Board of Directors of “Krasnokamskii zavod metallicheskih setok” (Krasnokamsk’ plant of metal mesh). The workshop was organized by ID Lab and Irina Orlova, the head of sales department “Transcapitalbank”.

During his work Dmitrii increased the company’s work productivity twice, decreased manufacturing defects by 86% and the number of delays up to 100 times. His achievements are based on the belief that the success of a company depends on the success and development of each employee. During the workshop Dmitrii talked about his experience of increasing work productivity, staff motivation and organizational culture change. Currently, he is interested to increase productivity not only within the companies, but also in the whole of the Russian economy. In this regard, he suggested students to participate in the competition. They should develop their projects of increasing work productivity in Russian companies and governmental program that should support it. In November they will present their projects in front of the jury which is consists of Dmitry, Irina Orlova, Elena Shakina and Marina Zavertiaeva. The best projects will be awarded by monetary award.
