The first seminar of the RNF project 25-18-01037 “Professional burnout syndrome: diagnosis using AI methods and estimation of economic effects” was organized
On April 22, the first start-up seminar was held within the framework of the RNF project “Professional burnout syndrome: diagnosis using AI methods and assessment of economic effects” under the guidance of Marina Zavertyaeva.
On 22 April the RNF project "Professional Burnout Syndrome: Diagnosis Using AI Methods and Estimation of Economic Effects" kick-off workshop was held at the National Research University Higher School of Economics - Perm under the leadership of Marina Alexandrovna Zavertyaeva.
Members of the grant working group, colleagues from the International Laboratory of Intangible-driven Economy and the Centre for Cognitive Neurosciences, as well as students and staff of the National Research University Higher School of Economics in Perm took part in the work. Marina Alexandrovna opened the meeting with a welcoming speech, noting the scientific and applied importance of the topic and highlighting the main objectives of the project: to conduct desk research on the phenomenon of burnout; to develop an AI-based model of text-based burnout; to determine the determinants and economic impact of text-based burnout.
At the kick-off workshop of the RNF project, the participants actively discussed the project's goals and objectives, the preliminary distribution of goals and objectives, and proposed interesting ideas for their implementation.
At the end of the meeting Zavertyaeva Marina Alexandrovna summarised the meeting, emphasised the importance of interdisciplinary approach and invited all participants to actively participate in the next stages of the project work.
