On April 22, another seminar was held within the framework of the RNF project 23-78-10149 “Factors of SME resource intensification under conditions of external uncertainty” led by Iuliia N. Naidenova.

On 22 April, another seminar within the RNF project was held under the leadership of Naidenova Yulia Nikolaevna.
- The seminar was attended by members of the RNF grant working group, colleagues from the International Laboratory of Intangible-driven Economy, students and staff of the National Research University Higher School of Economics - Perm and Anna Bykova, Minister of Agro-Industrial Complex of the Perm Krai.
- Anna Andreyevna presented a report on "SMEs in the agro-industrial complex: analysis and challenges for the state". In her speech she highlighted the main directions of the current development of the agro-industrial complex in the Perm Krai and the role of SMEs in this process. The measures of state support for SMEs in the agro-industrial complex and their effectiveness were also discussed.
- Grigory V. Teplykh, Egor A. Ivanov and Dmitry A. Kirpishchikov presented an updated version of the SME database, which includes both financial indicators of enterprises and data on state support.
- Maria Molodchik presented the results of the research "Impact of Human Capital on SME Performance: Mediating Effect of Risk Taking" conducted together with M.A. Zavertyaeva, A.D. Kirecheva and D.A. Kirpishchikov.
- At the end of the seminar Naidenova Yulia Nikolaevna summarised the interim results of the project implementation and presented the work plan for the next year.
